VIENTIANE (Vientiane Times/ANN) – Vientiane authorities are hopeful that farmers in Pakngum district, Vientiane, will get an opportunity to export their produce to overseas markets once the Laos-China railway becomes operational.
Situated in the south of Vientiane, this small town has abundant fertile soil, especially good for rice and other crops.
